Diligent Foundation provides ABA-informed behavioral support and skill development programs focused on increasing independence, safety, and functional abilities for neurodivergent individuals and those with developmental disabilities. These programs emphasize positive behavior support, communication, self-regulation, and adaptive skill development across home, educational, residential, and community settings. Services are educational and supportive in nature, designed to reduce barriers to participation while promoting ethical practice, measurable progress, and long-term sustainability.

Our Parent and Caregiver Education & Training programs equip families with practical tools and strategies to support skill development, independence, and positive behavior within daily routines. Through workshops, coaching, and accessible resources, caregivers learn how to promote consistency, reinforce learned skills, and respond effectively to challenges in a safe and supportive manner. These programs strengthen family capacity, encourage collaboration, and ensure skills are maintained and generalized across environments.

Diligent Foundation offers School Advocacy and Educational Support to assist families in navigating educational systems and accessing appropriate supports for their children. Services include guidance for IEP and 504 processes, document review, preparation for school meetings, and collaboration with educators and community partners. Advocacy is non-legal in nature and focuses on removing educational barriers, promoting inclusive practices, and aligning educational plans with each student’s long-term goals for independence and success.

Diligent Foundation provides Homeschool Education Support for families educating neurodivergent learners and students with developmental disabilities. Programs focus on individualized learning plans, adaptive instructional strategies, executive functioning support, and skill-based learning aligned with developmental needs. Families receive guidance, resources, and structured support to create safe, effective, and sustainable learning environments that promote academic engagement, independence, and lifelong learning.

Our Social Skills and Community Integration programs support the development of functional communication, peer interaction, cooperation, self-advocacy, and relationship-building skills. Through structured group activities, guided practice, and real-world application, participants learn to navigate social expectations and engage meaningfully in school, recreational, and community settings. Programs emphasize safety, confidence, and generalization of skills across environments.

Diligent Foundation offers Assisted Daily Living Skills programs designed to build independence in everyday activities such as personal care routines, household responsibilities, time management, self-direction, and community navigation. Support is provided in a respectful, strengths-based manner, encouraging participants to develop practical life skills while maintaining dignity and autonomy. These programs are educational in nature and focus on long-term independence and quality of life.

Diligent Foundation provides non-medical Group Home and Residential Support services that promote safe, structured, and supportive living environments for individuals with developmental disabilities. Programs focus on daily routines, independent living skills, community participation, and positive social engagement within residential settings. Services are designed to foster stability, safety, and self-sufficiency while supporting residents in achieving meaningful personal and functional goals.
